In Universal Numbering System, the correct answer is (a). However, in FDI (two-digit) system, the right answer will go to (b).

Correct answer is #4 #5 #12 and #13.. #14 and #15 are maxillary left 1st and 2nd molars, #24 and #25 are mandibular central incisors.

The right answer is it is (b) this should be two-digit system and not universal system.
