This is a type of law that was passed back in the year 1774. This states that the Massachusetts colonists should be punished. A lot of people feel that the laws that were passed during this time cannot be tolerated.

They were too harsh especially if they would be compared to the type of laws that are available right now. The acts removed the historic rights of the state.

This has sparked the occurrence of the American Revolutionary War which eventually made the United States of America free from the colonization of the British. Even before the war, the British were already having problems with their colonization.

A series of laws that King George passed because he was upset the colonists were mad about the tea act. They were very harsh.
