If you are not familiar with hyperkalemia, this is the condition wherein your potassium levels are too high. How will you know if you have this condition? You will generally feel weaker than usual. Your muscles may not function as well as you would expect them to.

There are some people who have this condition who experience shortness of breath. They may have trouble breathing all of a sudden. Some would also complain of chest pains or palpitations.

Those who are monitoring their heartbeat may sometimes feel that their heartbeat is irregular. Those who are experiencing these symptoms should get themselves checked for proper treatment.

Muscle weakness

Muscle weakness. bradycardia. nausea. diarrhea. and paresthesia of the hands. feet. tongue. and face are findings associated with hyperkalemia. which is transient and occurs from transient hypoaldosteronism when the adenoma is removed. Tremors. diaphoresis. and constipation arent seen in hyperkalemia.
