Asymptomatic patients with elevated creatine kinase (CK) only
Patients with cramps and myalgia only
Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and no skeletal muscle involvement
Carrier females with cardiac involvement without muscle weakness
Carrier females with demonstrable muscle weakness

18. The clinical phenotype of dystrophinopathy is very wide and includes asymptomatic cases with elevated creatine kinase (CK) only, cases with cramps and myalgia, cases with dilated cardiomyopathy and no skeletal muscle involvement.
