How would an administrator accomplish this capture the invoice number and account credit score for billing cases?

There are two things that should be done in order to make this possible. The first thing to do is to create a validation rule. This is very important. The validation rule will make sure that the wrong data will not immediately be recognized and will be changed or removed.

The second thing to do is to create custom fields. This will make sure that everything is customized according to the plan. By doing these two options, it will be easier to check the invoice number and the account credit score.

Different things can always be done in order to make things less complicated for everyone. The administrator is meant to solve complicated business problems. The solutions will surely be a delight to a lot of users.
