When the main character in a movie is the villain, so to speak, it is difficult to determine the villain. Most of the time, the villain is the antagonist who goes against the main character in a movie or short story. However, in this movie it is directly about the villain or antagonist. Therefore, the main villain in this movie is the main character, Venom. However, it is most likely not Eddie Brock.
The main character becomes two things, Eddie and Venom, an alien. Therefore, the villain is only half of the main character which is the alien part. It will be interesting to see what happens in this movie to Eddie, the alien and both Eddie and the alien.
