You mean me, personally? I don't snack unless I am hungry and can't start a meal. I usually turn to nuts and try to vary the variety. Brazil nuts have special nutritive qualities and these are different from the nutrititive qualities of pistachio nuts, also a valued vitamine source. I very occasionally have low salt crisps, but find thse disappointing. They do not stave off hunger - most are too salty and those with flavours taste synthetic.
