According to the survey done by the World Health Organization, also known as WHO, there are 795 million people who are suffering from malnutrition all over the world. This means that one in every 9 people is malnourished because of various reasons. Do remember that being malnourished is not limited to not having enough food to eat. There are some who are malnourished because of their chosen diet.
Some are unable to gain enough nutrients for their bodies because they have a health condition that makes nutrient-absorption impossible. If malnutrition can be prevented, people should do it soon. If the government can help, the lesser the numbers are going to be.
