The correct answer to this question is C, Lala Lajpat Rai. Born in 1865, he was an Indian freedom fighter who played an important role in the Indian Independence movement. He is also known as Punjab Kesari. His other occupations include being an author and politician.

Lala Lajpat Rai helped create the Punjab National Bank and the Dayananda Anglo-Vedic School. His ideals help reform many of India's policies. His impact is still widely felt, so much so that many things are named after him, including Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences in Hisar. His death is celebrated in Odisha as Martry's Day.

The right answer is C. Lala Lajpat Rai started Vande Mataram as an Urdu daily from Lahore. The Vande Mataram was India’s motto for independence and the thoughts of the nation during the independence movement of India.

Crowds of people were chanting Vande Mataram during rallies and wrote some lines from it on slogans to show their love and loyalty to their motherland. It is a Bengali poem that was written by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee around 1870s then became a famous marching song in 1905. some lines of the Vande Mataram is included in India’s national song as it holds a strong love to the country.
