The carrier is required to notify the Bus Driver Unit when a bus driver:I - Fails the Biennial Behind the Wheel Road Test.II - Fails the Biennial Oral/Written Test.III - Has successfully completed a re-examination consisting of a Biennial Behind the Wheel Road Test or Biennial Oral/Written Test.
