How many times have your man thrown you a surprise party?

Since I hate surprises, I have never been thrown a surprise party by my man. I would not want him to throw a surprise party for me too. I can already imagine how bad I would look then because I will not be prepared to have some guests over.

I am also an introvert, so having a party is not my idea of fun. I think that I am better at having intimate dinners with the people I would like to speak with as compared to having a party wherein people are expected to talk more loudly and become rowdier. I think it is also better if my man would give me a surprise gift instead of a surprise party.

My man has never thrown me a surprise party because he knows that I hate surprises. I do not like it when people surprise me especially when I am not prepared to see anyone or someone. I sometimes believe that the videos I see online of people being surprised and looking amazing are probably informed beforehand or they already had a hunch that they were going to be surprised.

It is not only surprise parties that my partner has not thrown, but I also do not like getting surprise gifts because there is a chance that I will not like it. My partner has grown accustomed to this already and we just do things according to what works for us and not what other people may find cute or romantic.
