The E on the ukulele is the chord that some people can only describe as horrific. There are even other people who would try not to play it. There are some people who are truly good at playing who will do their best to play it with the rest of the song and they are able to do it seamlessly. How do they do it? It is obviously one of the most if not the hardest chord to play.

There are some who play it by using an E5 chord which means that it would be a 4402. It will not always fit but if it does, it can allow you to steer clear from playing the E chord the usual way. The more that you become better at playing the ukulele, the easier it would be to play the E chord the proper way.
