This is actually a humanoid creature that is considered to be the monster in Stranger Things. This creature originated from Upside Down which is known to be a parallel dimension. They were able to enter the world because the gates were opened at the lab. The Demogorgon is scary and it kills off the residents of the area.
Those who have watched the series religiously are already aware that this creature has already been defeated. It was very scary to watch though and people cannot imagine if this monster existed in real life. People did not realize in the beginning that this humanoid creature actually existed but through the clues, that this monster is in charge of Will’s disappearance.
