There is only one type of Machiavellian personality available but there may be differences in terms of the overall persona of the person. For example, there are some that are introverts while some are extroverted. Some also say that gender plays a huge role in the type of things that the person will do based on his/her personality.

Women may have the tendency to use different aspects that they are strong at and men will do the same way. This is when the differences between the various Machiavellian people start to appear. They also have some similarities like their high disregard with the morality of other people and their focus on what they think truly matters to them.
