There isn’t any formal therapy that can be used in order to treat this condition. This is known more as a personality trait rather than a disorder. There are not enough reports yet that will prove if this can be cured or not. People who have this personality trait usually lack empathy towards other people because they feel that this would make them weak.

They do not want to show weakness. Rather, they would rather show that they are always in control of their situations. Most of the time, they are in control because they lack the emotions that the average person feels. Therapy may help but this may not do much.
