Those who are undergoing depression are normally sad all the time. This means that even if they try their best to go on with their lives, they do not know how they are going to do that. Feeling low from time to time might mean that you are sad but this does not mean that you are going through a state of depression. Those who are depressed normally do not know what they are supposed to do.

They feel that even if they are doing so many things, they are still not doing anything right. They fail to see the beauty in all the situations that they go through no matter how positive things are for them. If you feel that you are undergoing depression, you can always seek professional help. You will be able to get your life back on track with the understanding of people around you.

Feeling low sometimes doesn't necessarily mean that you are a victim of depression. It just means that you need to do something to make yourself better. You could volunteer somewhere and donate your time giving of your time is not only helpful to the community.

It can also lift your spirits. You can watch a funny movie and laugh at all the good parts. Laughter is a great way to combat any negative or low emotions. You can also try listening to upbeat music to get you moving if your energy is low.

Someone who is depressed will feel low most of the time. A lot of people who are suffering from depression fail to see the silver lining in the situation that they are in. They do not have the will to do anything that will make them feel alive. Depressed people may burst into tears for the most simple things.

There are even some who contemplate taking their own lives because they do not feel that anything good will come out of their present situation. Feeling low sometimes is not a sign of depression. You are entitled to feel sad from time to time. It will help you appreciate the more positive days better.

I agree with you. Unfortunately, depression can be hidden. It seems to us that everything is in order, but the anxiety state does not go anywhere. Thanks to australiacounselling I learned a lot about myself and found ways to deal with depression. I was able to overcome anxiety and my life became much brighter and happier.
