Nihilism is known to be the rejection of anything that is moral and religious. Those who consider themselves to be nihilists feel that life has no meaning. They do not understand the need to make use of their emotions. Nihilism is a philosophical position, an extreme one that denies values, assumes nothing can be known or communicated. It condemns existence.

There is no point in morality, loyalty, honesty. Life is purposeless. Therefore, nihilism, as Nietszche argued, has a corrosively destructive potential.
