Galileo Galilee is often considered the father of science. He was an Italian mathematician, astronomer, and physicist. He was famous for his huge contributions to the field of physics, mathematics, and astronomy. One of his major discoveries was that the Earth orbits the sun.

While this might sound like common knowledge, Galileo faced a lot of persecution from the Church in a bid to defend his discovery. Before the time Galileo discovered the Earth revolves around the sun, the Church believed that it was the sun that revolved around the Earth.

However, it took the Church about 300 hundred years after the death of Galileo to admit that the Earth revolves around the sun. He was also the one to form the principle of the pendulum. The law of falling bodies also came through Galileo. In his astronomical findings, he discovered that the moon has a rough surface.

Galileo Galilei is the correct answer to this question. He is regarded as the father of science. The reason why he holds this title is because he bought on new ideas about astronomy. He also introduced more ideas about the solar system.

Along with that, Galileo Galilei also created new tools, that are still used in the field of science today. These new tools include the telescope, thermometer, and the compass. Out of those, the telescope was the discovery that was the biggest because it allowed him and other scientists to be able to see the sky in a way they were never able to see in that way before.

There are always going to be a lot of people who will argue who the father of science is. Some would say that this is a title that should belong to Thales because he discovered ancient science in the past. If he did not make some changes, then people may not have known exactly that they should study science more.

Maybe the term “science” wouldn’t have been formed. Most people say that the father of science is Galileo Galilei. If you would like to coin this correctly, he is considered the father of modern science. He lived from 1564 to 1642 before he was murdered for his beliefs. Some of which were proven to be true after some time.

The correct answer to this question is Galileo. He is the father of science because he introduced a new logic about how astronomy and how the solar system worked. He invented a number of tools that are still used in science today, which include a thermometer, compass, and telescope.

Galileo's telescope was a major discovery because it allowed him to see the sky as it had never been seen before. He discovered that Jupiter had 4 objects surrounding it, which was later proven to be moons surrounding the planet. Galileo has a number of famous quotes that are used in science today.

There's more than one name put forward as The Father of Science. This is because Science has a number of disciplines within its massive area. It is common practice to point to Galileo because he created the approach to scientific study, the scientific method, by which a hypothesis is formed and then tested out in carefully controlled and recorded circumstances.

Galileo was named as the father of science by Stephen Hawking, the great scientist of our own era. Galileo is also considered to be the father of modern physics...but so is Einstein, so is Newton. However, neither of them is the father of Biology, say, or of other great areas of Science.

Galileo is known as the father of science. It was he who taught that answers derived from logic were insufficient. Observation is crucial, and in essence this involves scientific recording and measurement. Certainly Stephen Hawking considered Galileo to have made the greatest contribution to modern science than any other person in history.

Galileo's discoveries covered physics and dynamics. He advocated 'scientific method' Even so, many people regard Newton and others, Einstein. It's possible that there were other notable scientific thinkers before Galileo was born, but we can only go on what is recorded.
