The countries that had the least amount of participants in the 2018 Commonwealth Games were the ones who were really small in size. The country that had the least amount of athletes competing in the 2018 Commonwealth Games was Gambia with 6. Monstesserat, St. Kitts and Nevis, Turks and Caicos, and Tuavalu were the next teams with the least amount of competitors and they each had a total of seven athletes in the Games. Bermuda and Brunei were next on the list with 8 athletes in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Saint Helena was the next smallest team in the 2018 Commonwealth Games with 9 athletes in the Games. Swaziland and the British Virgin Islands were next on the smallest athletes list with 10 taking part in the Games. Anguilla and Belize were next on the smallest athletes competing in the 2018 Commonwealth Games with 12. There were a total of 4,400 athletes that took part in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
