Bernoulli's theorem helps us understand how it is possible for an airplane, an object heavier than air, to achieve lift. Bernoulli used the term "air pressure" to explain how airplanes fly. Bernoulli explained that slower-moving air produces high air pressure, while faster-moving air produces low air pressure.

The term air pressure refers to the amount of push or pressure exerted by air particles of an object. The reason why airplanes can produce lift is because of how their wings are shaped. The designs of these wings carefully follow Bernoulli's theorem.

Since faster-moving air equals the low air pressure, the top of the wings is designed to allow faster moving air over the wings, while the beneath of the wings is designed to allow slower moving air to produce high air pressure. That way, the high air pressure underneath is enough to cause the plane to fly.

Bernoulli is referencing Daniel Bernoulli. He was a swiss physicist and he is most known for his composition of the principle that focuses on fluid dynamics. This principle states that when the speed of fluid increases, there will also be a pressure decrease. Along with that, there will also be a decrease in the fluid's energy.

The theorem focuses on the relationship between velocity, pressure, and elevation that is in a fluid that moves, such as a liquid or a gas. It also focuses on other relationships, including flow and viscosity. Using this theorem, we can use it to explain how an airplane is able to lift off, because the fast air has low pressure, while slow air has high pressure.

Bernoulli’s principle has stated that faster-moving air will have low air pressure while slower moving air will have higher pressure. Air pressure refers to the amount of force that is exerted by the different particles of air.

Now, with those details, it will be safe to conclude that this is something that is used so that airplanes will be able to lift up from the ground and eventually fly safely in the air. If this isn’t being used, it will be harder for people to figure out how they can make the airplanes fly and how airplanes will be able to stay up in the sky for a certain period of time. Take note that the same principle can also be applied to liquids.

Bernoulli is famous for composing a principle in fluid dynamics. This states that an increase in the speed of fluid occurs at the same time as a decrease in pressure, or a decrease in the energy of the fluid. The theorem states the relationship between the pressure, velocity, and elevation in a moving fluid (liquid or gas), the compressibility and viscosity and the flow.

The flow is steady, or laminar. This principle was well established after Bernoulli 's deduction was made in 1738. However some 15 years later, Euler derived the equation that scientists and mathematicians use today.

Bernoulli’s theorem helps explain why a heavy object, like an airplane, can achieve lift (or the ability to rise up into the air). His theorem basically says that faster moving air has low air pressure and slower moving air has high air pressure.

Because an airplane’s wings are shaped like a bird’s wings, the air flows faster over the top of a wing and the slower and higher air pressure under the wings push the airplane (or the bird) up through the lower pressure. The geometry and angle of the wing also helps to narrow the air flow area above the wing and widen the flow area below the wing.
