One of the main reasons why Mona Lisa is considered to be special is because of her smile. She has that sort of smile that exudes charm and mystery. A lot of people have tried their best in order to do the same type of smile. The way that Mona Lisa was painted is also one of the reasons why this painting is so special.

When people see the painting for the first time, the first thing that they see is the eyes. After that, they would start to focus on Mona Lisa’s smile. There are moments when the smile can change depending on what angle you are looking from.

The Mona Lisa is a famous painting by Leonardo Da Vinci. This piece of art is regarded by many to be one of the greatest masterpieces in history. But what makes this piece so unique? After all when you look at it, it does not seem like anything extraordinary.

It is just a picture of a woman giving a slight smile that some would even describe as cold or flat. If you look at the painting from the right angle, the smile changes. Some say if you turn your head away from Mona Lisa and glance at it from the side you can see her give more of a flirtacious and even sneaky smirk rather than a cold, polite smile. This is a trick used by Da Vinci which was achieved by layering paint to create this effect.
