Which solution will create and route the field service dispatch record when the case is saved? Universal Containers has basic field service requirements and has not yet deployed the Service Cloud. Companies may have to create records to save information about their company to be able to go back to it and pull it up again. They can’t remember all the information about their company. Therefore, they will need to key in the data into a program on their computer.

There are a variety of different types of records that could be created. However, if Universal Containers has basic field service requirements and has not yet deployed the Service Cloud, then the company would need to create a field service dispatch record automatically. Someone will need to assign it to a queue when specific case criteria are selected by an agent working the case. The solution will be to use an Apex trigger.
