It's our wisdom with the help of which we can think, make decisions, and act using our knowledge and experiences. Wisdom comes from our self-compassion, self-awareness, our ethics, and values.
Wisdom is the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight. It cannot be provided by a tool Wisdom is associated with attributes such as compassion, self-knowledge, ethics, and benevolence. Wisdom can lead to a person overcoming struggles, personal pain, and feelings of helplessness and powerlessness.
It can help calm anger and aggression. It leads to a conversion from the experience of meaninglessness to meaningful goals and the ability to cope with critical life events and engage constructively with complex life problems.
