The correct answer to this question is A. BitLocker uses TPM to provide an encryption key and to protect data. A Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is available only on Professional, Enterprise, and Education editions of Windows, along with Windows 7 Ultimate.

The TPM is a chip located on the computer's motherboard that generates and stores the encryption keys. It acts as an additional layer of security; if someone removes the drive from the computer they will not be able to access it without the key stores in the TPM, and the TPM will not work if it is moved to the motherboard of another computer.
