You give them a pain reliever and wrap them in blankets to keep warm and rest for the remainder of the day.

A bloody, watery discharge from the ears or nose after a blow to the head can be a sign of a concussion. Never try to stop the discharge or tilt the head so it can not drain. This can lead to further complications and infections.
