In the photoelectric effect – if you believed light to behave like waves, what would you if UV light were used at a very low intensity?

A. Emission from metal surface coincided with the arrival of the first photon.
B. If the photon energy was too small (from E=hf), the electrons would not have enough energy to overcome the work function
C. It would take a while for the energy absorbed to be enough to release the first photoelectron.
D. More photoelectrons with more KE
E. More photo electrons but with the same maximum KE
F. Maximum KE is limited by the photon energy-work function
G. Photoelectrons would immediately be emitted from the surface of the metal
H. There would be no real change in observation
I. There was no photocurrent whatsoever.
