It is true that the Gatling gun can lead to more indiscriminate fire compared to other, more accurate weapons. The Gatling gun is known for being one of the earliest guns with rapid fire technology.

This rapid fire allows shots to be fired in quick succession without overheating the barrels, but accuracy was compromised. Today, the Gatling gun is not used in warfare because it is not considered to be an effective weapon for combat.
