What is the difference between a need and a requirement?



A. There is no difference between a customer need and requirement
B. A need is something the customer would like to have, a requirement is something that the customer must receive
C. A customer need is part of the full-service contract with FSI and requirements are included in one-time training
D. Needs are mandatory training items and requirements are optional
