I agree with the previous post. Why wouldn't you answer "Career Center, how may I help you?" This shows professionalism and interest in why the customer, being internal or external called. Shouldn't the assistant/clerk express a desire to help?
The reason I choose _pick up the phone-Career Center,How may I help you is more profession in office setting after stating -following how may I help you....clerk speaking.This address direct tone of professionalism in relation to whom is being spoken to and quote what details might follow behind _may I help you or do I need to direct the customer/client to another extension
