Your Uber driver can share the live map with you, but there is no way to access a map that shows all Uber drivers and their current locations. Uber uses Google maps to show live traffic updates and current road situations. I think it would be unsafe to allow anyone to see a live Uber map with all drivers.
If I worked for Uber I would only want the person I am picking up to know where I was at all times. As soon as the transaction is over, I would want to stop sharing my location.
