Around 50% of the Incas died because of Small Pox. B is the answer to this question. The system of highways made it possible for the diseases to spread even more. It has been said that the disease was already there even before the Spaniards came, but because of the system, the disease started to spread to the Incas, which eventually led to the fall of the Incan Empire.

The disease started to take place and terrorize those who are in Peru because of the European traders who had smallpox. The disease is one of the most dreaded diseases of that time. It managed to kill a lot of people from all over the world. Most of the victims were children, but adults were not spared from the disease too.
