Who would win in a fight, Spiderman or Batman (and why)?

Technically, there can be no fight between Spiderman and Batman because they both belong to different universes. While Spiderman belongs to the Marvel universe, Batman belongs to the DC universe. However, let us assume that there was a pathway between both of these universes and that either of these superheroes ended up on the other side, I think that Spiderman would win.

This is because, in technical terms, Batman does not have any superpowers. Whereas Spiderman carries great flexibility and a superpower. This gives him a better advantage over Batman who is more like a high-tech warrior but can easily be defeated.
