Justin Bieber may be considered a man now but I’m not sure he has completely matured. He has gotten his hair cut and has virtually covered his body with tattoos. He now travels by private jet, was falsely accused to have fathered a child out of wedlock, fights with photographers, loves cars, gotten arrested twice in one week, has fallen in love with an older woman, is reportedly a fan of adult entertainment, made a sexy video, and has tried growing a mustache.
Whether he has matured is up to you to answer. We will never know how hard a celebrity's real life is. Maybe in real life, he is more mature than what the media projects him to be.
