A doctor has a responsibility to diagnose and treat people correctly and appropriately. They should not prescribe medication over and over again. They must watch out for their patients having addictions. If they just want the money from the doctor’s visits and treatments, then they may be causing harm or killing someone which is murder. It may not be the actual way of murdering somebody but they are contributing to death of someone.
In Michael Jackson’s case, his doctor probably did murder him because he knowingly prescribed him medication that Jackson was addicted to and he should have been giving him help and not medication. Therefore, Jackson’s doctor should have served more jail time because of his contribution to the demise of Michael Jackson.
