Could a civil war be instigated in your country?

A civil war could take place in any country including my own. At any time, a new leader can disrupt the citizens of a country or an event could break the country into two groups. Sometimes, gold or another element may be found and this could start a civil war between two groups who are fighting to get control of the element. Most likely, people realize that a civil war would definitely divide the country.

However, it would most likely cause other problems including violence and financial problems for the average citizens. A civil war affects the citizens of the country more than the war that we have been in for several years. Anything could happen, but I think a civil war would cause more problems than solve the problems that already exist.
