Sun Tzu was a strategist for military situations for the Chinese government. He wrote the book The Art of War which was published during the 5th century BC. This book and the strategies included in the book were used for over 1,000 years. First, Sun Tzu believed that in order to be victorious in a war, the military must use tactics. It is important to be familiar with your own strategy and that of your enemy.
The leader must plan heavily ahead of time in order to be successful during battles. It is also important to strike quickly and accurately at the most opportune times in order to win a battle. I do agree with Sun Tzu Stratagems. First, they sound correct and plus they were used for many years.
