Tyrion has not retaliated against Littlefinger for framing him for the attack on Bran yet, but it is still possible. Tyrion has to deal with a lot of other things and this may not be at the top of his agenda. Other than the fact that Tryion is constantly defending his family, he also does not like to see extreme violence on either side.
Tyrion also has been instrumental in solidifying alliances so maybe he has not retaliated against Littlefinger because he is hoping to form another alliance. I think we need to keep watching to find out if he will eventually get back at Littlefinger.
