Arya Stark is definitely not over her list. She is fascinated by violence. She is trained for violence, and she has a reason to kill every person on her list. Those on her list are there because they have comitted crimes against her and her family.
However, there are many other crimes comitted against her and her family that Arya is not yet aware of. I think she will start to learn more about who was involved and will add more people to her list. It appears she softened a bit as she chose to be with her family instead of getting revenge. I think this is just a temporary softening and Arya will add more to her list.
