When a group of terrorists are attacking and surprise attacking people even innocent people, things need to be done. The best way is to continue attacking them and trying to seize the cities that they control in the Middle East. The more countries that get involved and supply soldiers and equipment to attack and stop the terrorists is what is needed in order to either stop them completely or stop their own attacks on innocent people.

It is also important that the Central Intelligence Agency continue to use their intelligence to see where they are going and what their motives are. When the CIA gathers information about their whereabouts, then they can isolate their attacks and put a stop to them before they attack a group of innocent people.
