What will happen if earth stops revolving around the sun?

The Earth revolves around the Sun. Since this happens, we experience different seasons of the year. This depends on where the Earth is located in its rotation. It also depends on where the location is on Earth. However, it is necessary for the Earth to continue revolving around the Sun. If the Earth stopped, life on Earth would eventually stop.

It would take about a little over two months for everything on Earth to die out. However, people would already be deceased by the time the two months came to an end. If the Earth stopped revolving, the temperature on Earth would increase. It would reach its highest ever experienced on Earth by the end of the month. By the middle of the second month, all living things could not withstand the rise in temperatures and they would all perish.
