Should Harvey Weinstein be banned from producing films?

There are a lot of movie fans who are familiar with Harvey Weinstein and they were shocked by the accusations that Weinstein sexually harassed and molested several big-named stars. It seems that he was able to get his way in order to allow the actors to stay on film or so he can give the role that they have always wanted.

If in case the court finds him guilty of the accusations, he should be stopped from producing films because he will prey on other unsuspecting victims who just dream of being big in Hollywood. As long as justice is not served, it is best if he would lie-low first. He also cannot produce films right now as he is in jail.

Recently, Harvey Weinstein has been accused of sexual misconduct and harassment by many big name celebrities. However, this information may not be surprising as there were many underhanded jokes and remarks made in the past about his behavior. He was a producer of many films and owns his own company for producing these films.

Many accusations have been set about the propositions that women were asked to do in order to either get a part in a film or remain a good actor or actress in Hollywood. Based on his misconduct, legal matters should take place if the accusations turn out to be true. In that case, he could not produce films while behind bars. However, he should also not be able to influence others to do his producing while he is behind bars.
