There is a possibility that North and South Korea will be united, especially since their leaders have started to talk again recently about the issues that North and South Korea have tackled through the years. There are still no signs that unification is going to happen anytime soon, but the fact that they are already starting to work out their differences is a sign that they may become united in the long run.

If this occurs, this will be good for most countries all over the world, although this may have some issues with Japan. As of now, the expected time when North and South Korea will be united is in the year 2045.

Possibly. Ever since Kim Jong Un stepped into South Korea to meet Moon-Jae, things have changed. Historically speaking, there have been a lot of injustices between the two countries, making unification seem like a long shot.

Speaking for the current era, reunification is still a long way out but reconciliation is not. The refreshed efforts by both countries is a positive aspect in this long-running war. The diplomacy between the countries is now improving and a diplomatic unification is on the horizon. The U.N. sanctions on DPRK will be withdrawn and South Korea will help DPRK in rebuilding their crashing economy. The only fear is the potential betrayal that DPRK is famous for. If such a betrayal can be prevented then the peace will go a long way.

The Koreas cannot be reunified because the Un family wouldn’t give up their head spot so easily. We’ll have to look to the future to know what really happens. We should hope for the best.

For decades, North and South Korea have been at odds with each other. This began shortly after the end of World War II. The Korean War took place in the early 1950s where South Korea was pulling away from North Korea. At the end of the conflict, these two sides signed a treaty for reunification. However, there has always been a strain between the countries that lie so close together.

According to the citizens of South Korea, a poll from BBC resulted in only a small fraction of people in South Korea believing that they are positively influenced by their northern neighbors. Over 90% of the people believed the opposite that there is a negative view of North Korea. Although, it does seem that South Korea has some fear of North Korea.
