You are asking who first discovered Science? First, look at what Science is: both a body of knowledge, and a process of study. Science involves a systematic studying of phenomena, and recording the results of observations. From man's beginnings on Earth it is likely that they looked at the skies, the sun and the moon and that occasional thinking men or women attempted some record of changes or happenings over time.
This would be the beginning of Science. Also consider the first making of fire which would have been certain individuals noticing that they could create sparks from rubbing hard twigs together, perhaps the burst of fire was accidental but the happening, being useful, would have been immediately passed to those in that community. it is likely that this discovery was made in different places in the same way. Fire was a scientific discovery.
