Why is Zimbabwe not a democratic country?

It is becuase of corruption, which is unfortunately present in many developing countries. Elections are heldevery year but it has no substance since one party has always wins(Zanu). An important aspect of evey democracy, freedom of speech, it not allowed. This disqualfies Zimbabwe from being considered as a democracy.
