Prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telephase

Interphase is NOT part of mitosis, it is before mitosis happens. These steps are actually mitosis happening

Mitosis does include cytokinesis since mitosis cannot fully occur without it and cytokinesis occurs at the same time as telophase pretty much
