The purpose of the study will be written in the Abstract portion of the research report. A research report is considered to be important because this provides information that has been collected from different reports. This would include analysis of the various details and data that have been gathered by the reporter.

The report can be about different topics. Some may even create research reports about food or new findings of things that people already know. For instance, in this case, the report was about health beliefs and breast examination. These things will always be considered important and may provide the information that people need. Reports are usually meant to provide those things.
