The answer to this is A. ATP is the ability to transport organic chemicals within the cells of the body. Cyanide targets this ability so the cells will not be able to transport the much-needed chemicals. It can kill people within 2 to 5 minutes. There may be some people who will consume a certain amount of cyanide without realizing it. The cyanide will be metabolized and will be released outside the body in the form of urine.

Certain levels of cyanide might make them sick but those who will intake lethal doses of cyanide might go into a coma or might die. The lethal dose of cyanide is about 200 to 300 Mg. This will depend on the person who is has consumed the cyanide.
