How do you attach files using Microsoft Outlook?



A. Click on the button labeled "Forward" and then "Open."
B. Click on the paper clip icon and then "Open."
C. Right click with the mouse and select "Follow Up."
D. This function cannot be done unless the file is at least 25MB.

Click on the paper clip icon and then "Open."

Many e-mail services put a maximum size on file extensions, but using the paper clip icon to attach files is key.

To attach files to an email like the file, slect attach file.
