Chronology is the science and act of arranging events in their order of occurrence in time, space, sequence or series of an event.

According to the Questioned documents, it is arranged in the Sequence of IV, I, III, II;

IV: Magna Carta: Magna Carta Libertatum is a Medieval Latin for "the Great Charter of the Liberties", which is commonly called Magna Carta also known as Magna Charta; "The Great Charter". It is a charter agreed to at Runnymede, near Windsor by the King John of England, on 15 June 1215.

I: Petition of Right: The Petition of Right is a major English constitutional document that sets out specific liberties of the subject that the king is prohibited from infringing.

III: Declaration of Independence: A declaration of statehood or declaration of independence is an assertion by a defined territory that it is independent and constitutes a state.

II: Bill of Right: The Bill of Rights is Proposed following the often bitter 1787–88 battle over ratification of the U.S. Constitution. It is the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution.
