Why would the digester below result in high oil loss on press fiber if it was put to use?

The answer to this is letter C. There are no steam nozzles, there are not steel baffles, and there is no bottom drainage that will make sure that oil will not be lost. The fact that there are some missing parts already means that there are some issues that need to be addressed soon.
